First of all I would like to express my deep gratitude for the kind of help that you extended at the midnight of 16th Match, 2018. At that time I was in a deep trouble for the high fever of my son ages 5yrs. I reached the Fortis Hospital around 2:30 am on 17th March, 2018 with my family for the treatment of my ailing son Ankit Sarkar. At the emergency everybody was informed accordingly as per the correspondence made by you. I am very much satisfied with the extend of care taken by the renowned Pediatrician Dr. Sumita Saha and by the team Fortis. My son was discharged on 24th March with thousand dollar smile in his face. The idea of giving a plant at the time of discharge is also very innovative. I am very much thank full to your kind of co-operation that you have extended at the time in need.

Respected Sir/ Madam, I, the undersigned along with my 83 year old mother Mrs. Uma Mitra and niece-Ms. Sutapal Pal, got admitted after Covid positive on the first floor of the hospital specified and dedicated for COVID management. Dr. Upal Sengupta treated me and Sutapa. Dr. Pulak Mukherjee treated my mother. The first floor management is State-of –Art. The sister and brother in charge , nursing staff and other staff were excellent in their performance. They were very sympathetic, and sensitive patient care and management. The choice of diet was multiple according to the patient’s need. Everyday the dietitian personally talked to each one of us regarding food. Being a Non-Covid Hospital ,Fortis Hospital and Kidney Institute has been performing outstandingly wonderful.. I wish you success to you all in future.

Dear Team Fortis, I took admission at FHKI on 20/10/20. I had series of procedures..The Surgical team,OT staff,Recovery team,Nursing and Housekeeping staff, Paramedics, Dietetics,OPD staff-all were very cooperative. Dr. Gopala Krishnan was like next to God and his DNB PGT Dr Ajit Gupta had been extremely friendly and cooperative. Lastly but not the least Ms. Mala from Patient Experience took regular feedback and sort out whatever service query we had.
